Stick Up Cam has been redesigned to give you all the features you need to stay safe – motion-activated notifications, 1080p HD video and two-way talk – in a flexible design with multiple power options. With the updated Stick Up Cam Battery, Stick Up Cam Plug-In and Stick Up Cam Elite, you now have all the options to find the perfect solution for your home.

The main difference between Stick Up Cam Battery, Stick Up Cam Plug-In, Stick Up Cam Solar and Stick Up Cam Elite is how they receive power.

Stick Up Cam Battery is powered by the Quick-Release Battery Pack. You can also use the Indoor/Outdoor Power Adapter (sold separately) to connect Stick Up Cam Battery to standard EU plug sockets for non-stop power.

Stick Up Cam Plug-In is powered by an AC adapter that plugs into standard EU power sockets. You can also purchase a Quick-Release Battery Pack (sold separately) for backup power.

Stick Up Cam Solar comes with a Solar Panel as well as a Quick-Release Battery Pack. The Solar Panel requires direct sunlight to keep your device charged. But with the Quick-Release Battery Pack, your camera will have backup power in case you don’t have enough sunlight.

Stick Up Cam Elite uses Power over Ethernet for non-stop power and a reliable connection. It comes with a PoE Adapter that must be placed indoors and plugged into your router in order to power up and connect your Stick Up Cam to the internet.

Another difference between the Stick Up Cams is the mounting bracket. Stick Up Cam Battery and Stick Up Cam Plug-In can be placed on flat surfaces or mounted to a wall, but you will need to purchase a Mount for Stick Up Cam (sold separately) if you’d like to install them on your ceiling or eaves. Stick Up Cam Elite, however, comes with a mounting bracket that lets you place it on walls, ceilings and flat surfaces, like a table or shelf, without the need to purchase any additional accessories.

The main differences between Stick Up Cam and Spotlight Cam are device features, as well as placement and power options.

Spotlight Cam is an outdoor-only camera that comes with LED light strips and a security siren. As soon as motion is detected, Spotlight Cam starts streaming video and shines its lights to show you a clear picture in any setting. If you see something suspicious, you can also activate the security siren via the app for added protection.

Stick Up Cam is a versatile solution that can go anywhere, inside or out. Unlike Spotlight Cam, Stick Up Cam doesn’t have lights, so you can place it inside without disturbing people inside your home.

All Stick Up Cams and Spotlight Cams are available in battery and plug-in power options. However, Stick Up Cam is also available with Power over Ethernet (Stick Up Cam Elite), so you can connect it directly to your router.

Stick Up Cam (Battery, Plug-In, Solar) all have options for dual power. This means that they have primary power sources with a backup power source to keep you connected.

Stick Up Cam Plug-In comes with an AC adapter that plugs into EU standard power sockets, and you can also purchase a Quick-Release Battery Pack (sold separately) for dual power. With the battery pack inserted, Stick Up Cam Plug-In will be powered by the adapter and will use the battery as backup.

Stick Up Cam Battery comes with a Quick-Release Battery Pack, and you can also use the Indoor/Outdoor Power Adapter (sold separately) to plug it into standard European power sockets. When plugged into a power socket, Stick Up Cam Battery will be powered by the adapter and will use the battery as backup.

Stick Up Cam Solar comes with two power sources with your purchase. It uses the Quick-Release Battery Pack to keep your camera powered and the Solar Panel to keep the battery charged.

Stick Up Cam features customisable privacy settings. You can disable video and audio right from the app, and you can even create privacy zones that black out certain areas in your camera’s point of view. Plus, you can also use the app to disable the motion sensors, so you don’t get notifications while you walk around your home. You can also create motion schedules to automatically turn on detection when you leave the home and turn it off when you return.

The Mount for Stick Up Cam (sold separately) adds even more flexibility to your Stick Up Cam (Battery, Plug-In, Solar) It allows you to mount your Stick Up Cam upside-down on ceilings and eaves.

Yes. The Indoor/Outdoor Power Adapter is weather-resistant and works anywhere, inside or out.

If you have a subscription to Ring Protect, videos captured by your Stick Up Cam will be saved to your Ring account for up to 180 days (default storage set to 30 days), so you can review them at any time. You can also download your videos to save them for longer than 180 days.

Photos captured will be saved to your Ring account for up to 7 days.

Every Stick Up Cam comes with a free 30-day trial of Ring Protect Basic. (Note: If you have a Protect Plus subscription for the location where you’re installing your new Stick Up Cam, it will automatically be covered by your subscription.) You can choose to enroll in a paid subscription of Ring Protect at any time. If you enroll during the free trial, you won’t be charged until the trial ends.

Ring Protect Basic activates video recording and photo capture and sharing for individual Ring Doorbells and Cameras. It saves all your videos to your Ring account for an option of up to 180 days and photos for up to 7 days, so you can review what you missed and share what’s important. Ring Protect Basic subscriptions start at only 3.99 € a month and only covers one device.

Ring Protect Plus adds even more to your home security. It includes video recording, photo capture and sharing for unlimited Ring Doorbells and Cameras at your home. You’ll also get extended warranties for every eligible device for as long as your Protect Plus plan is in place, as well as a 10% discount on select products at Ring.com. Ring Protect Plus subscriptions start at only 10.00 € a month per home.
