You cannot remove items from an existing order, but you have 30 days from the date you received your device(s) to return the item for a full refund. Follow the instructions above to return an item.
Call community support within 45 minutes of placing your order to cancel it or change the delivery address. After 45 minutes, cancellations are no longer possible as your order will already have been sent to our fulfilment centre. Unfortunately, you will have to wait until the item is delivered and then return it for a full refund.
